چکیده
Smart urbanism is shaping the world’s cities. Through use of digital sensors attached to urban infrastructure, smart cities data make quantitatively informed decisions regarding city management and policy. Yet, whilst elements exist in empirically observable realm, proposed benefits emerge from an unobservable reality. Therefore, forces driving are essentially invisible those who live within it. This paper adopts a perspective by work Martin Heidegger critical realism, which respectively posit that essence technology reveal new entities this simultaneously occurs across multiple domains reality - arguing experience previously imperceptible events, revealed achieve set goal or vision. proposes systemic map centred upon mnemonic, SMAARTEE, stands for eight – situation, manifestation, actors, application, reveal, technology, events experiences be used aid holistic thought, order shape transdisciplinary practice.
